admins not loading

Description
I have just updated to the latest stable build on a test server I cant seem to get the admins to load. The groups get uploaded fine
VAC secure mode is activated.

L 06/22/2008 - 17:21:28: [sourcebans.smx] Group Captain has 60 immunity
L 06/22/2008 - 17:21:28: [sourcebans.smx] Group General has 90 immunity
L 06/22/2008 - 17:21:28: [sourcebans.smx] Group reserved_spots has 0 immunity
L 06/22/2008 - 17:21:28: [sourcebans.smx] [SourceBans] Finished loading 7 groups.
L 06/22/2008 - 17:21:28: [sourcebans.smx] [SourceBans] Finished loading 0 admins.
I dont know what else to try
any ideas what could cause this
I have added the admins to a group and to the specific server

Yes I added the server by itself and as a group if I click on servers tab then admins it returns
Admins on this server (43)
But they do not upload to the server

the latest svn build? 1.1.1c?
do you have changed the serverid on the gamserver in the addons/sourcemod/configs/sourcebans/sourcebans.cfg ?
elsewhere enable the debug option in sourcemod/configs/plugin_settings.cfg, restart your server and check your sourcemod/logs for the query. is the ip the same as in the webpanel?
