Description

We need to combine all of the update scripts into one simple 'update.php'
This script would query the current version of the database, and apply the correct schema updates (and any other things, new dirs, etc)

Once we get this rolled out, we will be able to offer a daily build of sourcebans which people will be able to run 'update.php' and it will update their version from wherever to the head version.
