Description

The ability to edit unbanned bans, to change the player's details. e.g. if the player's name was a porn website and he got banned for 30 mins for inappropriate name and after that time you want to censore that name;)

Reban him with updated reason, and set time to 30 mins (im sure in 30mins he will not die)

Allow edit of unbanned ban and also add a new private flag which can censor out to public users the name, steam id, ip, and admin who banned for special situations.
