Ban Reason In Menu

Description
When you go to ban someone using the menu, the 0 option in the reason list is white and is set as a reason instead of to close the menu. SM 1.1 2389 and SB 1.3.5

This has always been the case.
By the way, I'd recommend upgrading SM, 2389 is 5 months old.
