Report prior bans during player connection

Description

Hi, Can we have the plugin get a count of the number of times the connecting player has been banned, and if it is more than 0, report it to general chat. ( player bob has been banned 5 times. ) This will help admins spot trouble players. Thanks! Chumly

It would help by showing the players that we ban for any time period.. For example people that we would normally kick, ( tk-ing, bad names, etc. ) we could use sm_ban to ban for 1 minute instead. This provide a log of the action, and we can look back at that log for prior problems. So if the plug-in did this for us, it would allow us to make better decisions regard perma bans, rather than temp bans. Does that make sense? ( I already have the clans using sm_ban rather than mani or sm_kick. )

This sounds like a great idea. Shouldn't be too hard to implement either. I'd suggest that you limit it to displaying the last 4 bans (or better yet, move that setting to a cvar), otherwise it'll flood the chat system every times someone joins.
