Description

Using steam-ID's of users create a little link to their steam community profile. This can make it easy to communicate to users even if they are not on your friends list. There could be an option for users submitting a ban to enter their steam-ID so that an admin can contact them if needed. This could not only save admins time by increasing accessibility of potentially useful users, but also allow for server admins to create a much more personal atmosphere by communicating to submitters directly via steam.

Sounds like a great idea. The code to convert steam IDs to steam community URLs has already been written in SourcePawn for Olly's IRC Relay. Porting the code to PHP shouldn't be hard.
